Linda Simpson is a commercial real estate executive with three decades of providing services in capital markets, strategic leadership, brokerage and valuation for a wide array of institutional private capital clients. With deep tenure in capital markets and investments, Linda initiates the acquisition and disposition strategies, underwriting and market analysis as well as managing all facets of the capital stack for Twinrose Investment Management, LLC. Linda sits on the investment committee for the Company and is dedicated to its overall performance.
