Rebecca Tudor has spent the past 30 years working on real estate portfolios from a valuation, capital markets, asset management, and brokerage perspective on behalf of institutional owners, corporate users, and for the past 18 years, the Twinrose Investments portfolio.
Rebecca is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and holds a BS in Economics and Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas as well as an MA in Sustainability and Development from Southern Methodist University. She is actively involved in ULI as co-chair of the local Transit-Oriented-Development Product Council and a member of the National TOD Product Council. Rebecca is also a past-president of CREW Dallas.
Jim Tudor began his real estate career in the late 1980s and formed Twinrose Investments in 2001. Starting his career in banking and later entrepreneurial real estate investments, corporate tenant representation, project leasing, and investment sales led naturally to the formation of Twinrose Investments. Since formation, Jim has led the company through several early-stage transitions.
Jim holds a BA in English and History as well as an MBA from Baylor University. Jim participates in several national and North Texas commercial real estate organizations and is a past Texas State Director of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
