After graduating from Texas A&M in 2013 with a BA in International Studies and a minor in French, Samantha Armijo began her career as a commercial property tax consultant focusing on commercial and retail property valuation. In 2018, she joined the family business working in acquisitions, property management, and accounting.

Jim Tudor began his real estate career in the late 1980s and formed Twinrose Investments in 2001. Starting his career in banking and later entrepreneurial real estate investments, corporate tenant representation, project leasing, and investment sales led naturally to the formation of Twinrose Investments. Since formation, Jim has led the company through several early-stage transitions.
Jim holds a BA in English and History as well as an MBA from Baylor University. Jim participates in several national and North Texas commercial real estate organizations and is a past Texas State Director of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
